Dennis Prins is a seasoned natural-resources executive with decades of experience originating, structuring and delivering investments across Africa's resource sector. His experience encompasses gold, critical minerals and energy, combining an understanding of emerging-market opportunities with disciplined capital allocation and transaction development.

As Chairman, Dennis provides strategic oversight of Synterra's acquisition and development strategy as the company builds its portfolio of Above-Ground Gold resources.

Tex Ogunkolati brings more than two decades of cross-continental experience in financial innovation, risk engineering and structured resource finance across Africa, Europe and the United States. A trained economist and experienced dealmaker, his career has focused on the intersection between natural resources and financial structuring, developing investment approaches capable of converting complex resource opportunities into financeable projects.

As CEO, Tex leads Synterra's corporate strategy, project finance and investment structuring, with particular emphasis on using innovative financial architecture to unlock value from Southern Africa's substantial legacy gold resources.

Given Makozho leads Synterra Assets' activities in Zimbabwe. An experienced mining administrator and investment manager, Given has extensive experience in due diligence, mining agreements, beneficiation initiatives and the management of financial and mineral resources.

He provides an important interface between investors, government authorities, regulators, communities and commercial counterparties, and leads the identification, evaluation and development of Synterra's Zimbabwean Above-Ground Gold opportunities.

Adriaan brings almost four decades of practical mining experience. His career has included responsibility for underground and surface mining, mineral-processing plants, engineering, environmental management, occupational health and safety, finance, budgeting and human resources.

This combination of operational and statutory responsibility provides Synterra with senior-level experience in the practical execution and management of complex mining operations. Within the Above-Ground Gold strategy, Adriaan provides operational oversight from project evaluation through plant development and production.

Willem Kramer is an internationally experienced mining engineer and strategic adviser with more than five decades of experience in mining and mineral processing across major international mining jurisdictions. He holds an M.Sc. in Mining and Mineral Processing from Delft University of Technology and has advised mining companies, financiers, governments and development institutions throughout his career.

His experience encompasses technical evaluation, mineral processing, project development and the acquisition and development of mineral assets. Willem provides strategic and technical oversight of Synterra's Above-Ground Gold project-development programme.

Manoah Upson leads Synterra's asset-origination and acquisition activities. His role combines market intelligence, commercial analysis, opportunity screening and transaction evaluation to identify resources possessing genuine strategic and economic potential.

Synterra's strategy requires considerable discipline at the acquisition stage. Not every historic gold dump represents an economic resource. Manoah coordinates the initial filtering and prioritisation of opportunities before prospective assets proceed into detailed technical and commercial due diligence.

Philippus Johannes De Witt brings more than four decades of senior mining leadership experience encompassing mining operations, project development, mineral trading, investment structuring and executive management. Holding an MBL and BSc Engineering (Mining), he has operated extensively at Board, CEO, COO, Managing Director and Chairman level.

His experience encompasses gold, coal, chrome, iron ore, diamonds, zinc, uranium, tantalite and industrial minerals, with involvement in mining projects across South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Sierra Leone and other international jurisdictions. His career combines operational mining expertise with acquisitions, feasibility assessment, project finance, commodity marketing and strategic development.
