Welcome
Massage from Our CEO
In a rapidly changing financial world shaped by inflation, currency debasement, geopolitical instability, and emerging systemic risks, gold continues to stand as one of the few enduring stores of value. At Synterra Mining, we believe the future of mining must evolve to meet this new reality through innovation, sustainability, and intelligent resource recovery.
Our vision is to redefine conventional mining by combining advanced technology, financial innovation, and environmentally responsible practices. Through the recovery of historical gold tailings assets, Synterra Mining seeks to provide direct exposure to gold while reducing many of the risks traditionally associated with large-scale mining operations.
We are developing a modern platform that connects investors to tangible, asset-backed value through responsible gold recovery and innovative digital investment structures. We believe the next generation of mining companies will be defined not only by what they extract, but by how efficiently, sustainably, and transparently they create long-term value.
To our investors and strategic partners, we invite you to participate in building a resilient mining enterprise positioned for a new era of global financial uncertainty, where the enduring importance of gold is once again coming to the forefront.

Philosophy
Our Core Values
Our business philosophy is deeply aligned with the intrinsic qualities that have made gold valuable throughout human history. Gold is rare, resilient, enduring, and universally trusted across cultures and generations. It preserves value through uncertainty not through speculation, but through substance.
Vision
Our Vision For the Future
We are developing a modern platform that connects investors to tangible, asset-backed value through responsible gold recovery and innovative digital investment structures. We believe the next generation of mining companies will be defined not only by what they extract, but by how efficiently, sustainably, and transparently they create long-term value.
The Synterra Advantage
Synterra is not merely acquiring assets—it is executing a repeatable, scalable gold recovery platform.
Key differentiators:
Portfolio Scale: 150 million tonnes across six primary dumps with ~250,000 oz recoverable gold
Structured Investment Vehicles: Ring-fenced SPVs ensuring transparency and investor protection
Advanced Process Design: Gravity + leach hybrid systems with >94% plant availability
Low-Cost Jurisdictional Advantage: Competitive labour, fabrication, and infrastructure economics
Execution Readiness: Engineering, procurement, and operational pathways clearly defined
This is a platform strategy, not a single-asset play.
History
Our Methodology
The framework positions Synterra as a specialist operator focused on identifying and advancing overlooked gold tailings assets through structured technical de-risking and investor-aligned partnerships. The model aims to provide investors with exposure to gold production opportunities that carry lower infrastructure and development risk than traditional greenfield mining projects while enabling Synterra to scale through a repeatable and asset-light operating strategy.

- Structural Overview
“Discovery & Qualification Phase”
Objective
Once a promising project has been identified, Synterra establishes a dedicated HoldCo structure that owns the project rights and controls the OpCo responsible for operations. Investors provide seed capital for exploration, drilling, metallurgical testing, and resource-definition activities, while Synterra contributes the project pipeline, technical management, and local operational capability. This phase is designed to reduce geological and technical uncertainty sufficiently to support an initial economic case for the project.

“Discovery & Qualification Phase”
Objective
The third stage is focused on determining whether the tailings dump is economically viable under realistic operating assumptions. Systematic drilling, density sampling, metallurgical recovery testing, resource estimation, and preliminary economic studies are conducted to validate the asset. During this phase, the OpCo manages field operations and technical workstreams while the HoldCo oversees governance and investor reporting. The completion of this stage provides the basis for deciding whether to proceed into production, bring in strategic partners, sell the asset, or discontinue development.
“Discovery & Qualification Phase”
Objective
If the project demonstrates economic viability, the OpCo transitions the project into active gold recovery operations. This includes constructing and operating the recovery plant, managing processing activities, overseeing environmental compliance, and producing gold. Funding may come from existing investors, project finance, strategic operators, or royalty and streaming arrangements. Revenue generated from gold production flows from the OpCo to the HoldCo and is then distributed to investors. The objective of this phase is to generate stable operational cashflow and scalable production.
“Distribution and Exit
Objective
The final phase is designed to generate investor returns while enabling Synterra to expand its portfolio of tailings projects. Investors may receive dividends, participate in recapitalizations, sell equity interests, or reinvest into future projects. Potential exit pathways include strategic acquisitions, operator buyouts, royalty structures, or public listings. Synterra uses operational cashflows, technical credibility, and investor relationships developed through earlier projects to identify and develop additional gold tailings opportunities, creating a scalable portfolio-based investment platform.
“Structural Overview
Objective
Under the framework, investors participate through a HoldCo structure that owns 100% of the project-specific OpCo. The OpCo manages project development and operations directly, while revenues generated from gold recovery operations flow upward through the HoldCo before being distributed to investors. This structure is intended to provide ring-fenced governance, operational accountability, and transparent capital
